What were the trends spotted during SS24 Fashion Week?
The SS24 catwalks certainly celebrated colour and pattern in all forms.
From stripes, pastel lace and ruffles, to crisp cotton shirting and pops of colour; Annabelle87 is awash with newness right now!
We take a look at some of the trends in this newsletter and suggest how you may wear them. Have a glimpse below at some of the pieces we will all be wearing in the weeks to come.
Out of Office
An interplay between masculine and feminine; this trend features hybrid pieces that reference office working but with a relaxed, carefree vibe. City stripes, cotton shirts, blazers and tailored trousers are all reimagined, recoloured and given new proportions for Spring 24.
We love the elegant Munthe – Jacob Blazer with multi coloured pinstripes it has a regular fit, straight shoulders and flat pockets, the matching pants are designed with a pleated front, high waist and hidden button closure.
Essentiel Antwerp – Multi Stripe Cotton Shirt in light pink /ecru and light blue, brings a fun update to a timeless wardrobe staple. The oversized silhouette is finished with a rounded hemline and button detailing at the back.
For a wide relaxed look try the Essentiel Antwerp light weight poplin trs, with timeless stripes, the waistband is elasticated, and the trousers have wide ankle length legs. New Femininity
This summer’s prettiest pieces are right here! Lace, pastel colours, sheer and silky fabrics and the odd ballet reference.
It’s all about feminine ruffles as seen in the Munthe – Must Blouse Cream , a beautiful light weight sleeveless shirt with deep ruffle details.
If you love the iconic brand Stella Nova, the - Embroidery Anglaise sleeveless top in yellow is completely gorgeous! The brands signature "Tongue" applications are on each side, in the neck, and on the back. The fitted top has a peplum effect and is closed with a half-button placket.
We also love the details in this Stella Nova - Sequin Blouse Bright Mint. This sequined top has a peplum and a round neck. The long sleeves with a gathered cuff create a small frill effect. The blouse is created with a string closure on the back, allowing an open back.
